"The hotel was close by to the train station and all amenities, the foyer and bar area and restaurant was really good, the room was clean and tidy but the furniture was outdated and the mattress was very hard so sleeping was very uncomfortable and the shower wasn’t very powerful. No iron in the room. The indoor swimming pool wasn’t very clean(dirty nappy left on a chair), bits floating in the pool and also it needs up dating. The staff were excellent and very helpful. "

"Sehr modern und zweckmässig mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Doppelbett war bequem, aber die Kissen zu stark gefüllt und dadurch unbequem für mich persönlich. Es hatte genügend Tee, Kaffee im Zimmer. Genügend Möglichkeiten Dinge aufzuhängen, aber eher wenig Platz für 2 Koffer. "Strange checkin process, reception is at the Hub not in the Hotel, I may have missed communication on this but a lot of walking about just to check in Car chargers need bettering, current type have no instructions and no staff (5 of them) knew how they worked or more importantly released the cable!"
