"Good location, not far from all attractions. The car park on-site is convenience. The hotel provides a small breakfast but delicious. They also have complimentary coffee and tea which is very nice."

"AVOID THIS PROPERTY. Stayed in December and could not get the hearing to come on. No support from the owner or hotels.com. Came home a day early but refund for last night refused by owners. Bathroom stank and room was a basement. AVOID AVOID AVOID"

The property was good value for a one night stay, not the comfiest place we've stayed but had everything we needed for the night. "Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "

"staff stay in touch to assist you in any way possible; best staff ever. they ask you if you want to extend your stay; they arrange it if you do. they dont wait for you to do it all on your own. very professional; nice neighbors, building has an awesome stained glass window on graceful huge staircase leading to second floor-esthetics are great. large windows; plenty of daylight.
