"The Bandara Siam suites are very clean and comfortable and have large windows with great views of the city. The staff is very welcoming, kind and patient. The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sauna is relaxing. I’m very pleased with my stay and they handled an issue we had very professionally. Thank you. "This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."

"The only negative was that it was difficult to find the hotel. It would have been more helpful if there was some kind of help at the airport and more signs on the street. You are an excellent hotel but it was even hard for the taxi driver to find it with the use of GPS. Once we arrived it was hard to find the entrance but the staff was very helpful when they saw us and directed us in. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly we couldn't ask for anything more. "My stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting approximately from everything. One downside is breakfast ends at 10:30 which is normal. I got there at 10:10-10:15 and one of the staff did not like it and mentioned that it is now 10:30 which was not and even if, I already came before. "

"Hotel is in a quiet area but close to the BTS and Sukhumvit Road. Rooms are large and comfortable, staff was very good, pool and fitness center are small but adequate. Tuk tuk a available to take you to and from Sukhumvit Road. Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants where tuk tuk drops you off. Good value for the cost. Would stay there again. "
