"Breakfast is a little shabby."

"Resort has that beachy vibe of a Club Med from back in the 80's, but without the excessive partying. A very relaxed, shorts-and-barefeet feeling where you can go from pool to beach to bar, and charge anything (very reasonably priced) to your room. Room itself is fairly spartan, but the bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning staff is outstanding. Not at all busy when we were there, so it was easy to schedule a masage, as well as cab rides to wherever we needed to go. A well-needed respite...

"The hotel has seen better days but it is clean, safe and everything is serviced and maintained. What makes this place are the staff, very polite, friendly and helpful. The laundry here is returned on the same day, exceptional. I would gladly return to this hotel."

"I could not get back into my room after I had been back from my breakfast. My key card does not work.Their staff told me that their equipment on door was run out of battery.He needed to call his engineer to manage.I had to wait more than 10 minutes.When he was back.He brought new key card.I could open my room.He brought back both my key card and his new key card,leaving me in the dark room.No electricity.I had to do my activities in that dark room for collecting my belonging,change my clothes...
