"For the price this is not a good hotel. Pools abandoned, bathrooms lack maintenance with tile falling, inflexible with transportation. The restaurant has fallen in quality since last time I was there 4 years ago and there are no other options. Its a nice location isolated and quite with nice hot spring pools, but not worth the very high price. Plus now they charge extra for kayaks and spa. "

"This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!"

"I love this place! These cabins are located right on Lake Yelcho and have absolutely amazing views. The property is a beautiful rural farm with horses roaming free. The owners are a very sweet couple and they were very helpful, flexible, and accommodating. The cabins are beautiful and the fire was already started for us when we arrived.
