Had a terrible room, I had booked a non-accessible King bed ocean view for two nights, the room I got was accessible room, the hand shower was broken, kept moving towards outside of the tub and the water was flooded in the bathroom, the sink and tub both clogged badly. The view was the only good thing about the room, I was expecting a better room condition, this room should not have been approved for any guest. Next morning I spoke to the front desk and they changed my room but that was it, I had to re-pack everything and move to another room, they just gave me the right room that I had initially booked, not sure why the hotel will keep a room like that available for guests. No other compensation provided, I believe its because I booked it through Expedia and I submitted similar feedback with Expedia but nothing at all, at times you feel that these third parties need to be more cognizant with their hotel partners especially when the members have Gold status.

Don't compare this Hilton to the other ones. This Hilton needs major overhaul. Self parking off site and 30$. Valet takes ages. Stains on just about everything in the room. Hotel looks and feels old and used. Bed was comfy. This place looks like its on its last leg without renovation. And super loud

Absolutely horrible! Property is run down and dirty. They charged an additional 25 dollar a day for amenities, and no beach chairs, after this was paid in full. Beach chairs were 50 for 2 chairs with an outside service. Don't go here!

Really a great place for a beach week vacation. Nice we had a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as a small coffee machine. Also, appreciate Hilton’s commitment to greener consumables, creates a lot less waste. However, the room furnishings were dinged up and the couch needed to be cleaned, it had some spill spots as did the inside of the door.

It was alright, most of the stayed 2 of the 4 elevators didn’t work , low water pressure in the showers, poor and expensive breakfast but really nice location, awesome pool area

Property ammenities were nice but rooms were in poor repair. Dirty furniture , very stained tubs. Deceptive pricing as they add both resort fees ( but you get virtually nothing for them) and parking fees for a lit thats far away from building. Staff was also rude except for housekeeping which was excellent.

Propert is run down was sent all the way to north tower not sure why cause Daytona was empty restaurants closed coffee shop closed by 2pm everything in room was rusted water trickled outta shower head…they were painting north tower outside so couldn’t enter that way

Kind of a money grab hotel. Parking is up the road and down the street if you don’t use valet. I didn’t want to pay extra so I skipped that and had to walk. They don’t let you use luggage carts yourself, only the bellhop can use them.. so I got stuck carrying all my luggage to my room with two kids because I didn’t want to tip. They also didn’t tell me there were two entrances so I got stuck carrying luggage from south to north tower. The place is slowly falling apart and our bathroom smelt gross.

The elevator wasted a lot of time. The overnight parking with the valet cost $40 dollars, which is unusually high even for Vegas standards. The staff was great, which was a positive aspect, but the management didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience.

1 elevator working most of time. We stayed here last October and same issue. The grounds are terrible and extremely dirty. Looks like they are finally working on exterior from hurricane 4 years ago. We will not be staying there any longer!

Hotel was absolutely amazing. The first night I got there I dropped my SIM card into the sink, and within 3 minutes somebody was at the door to get it out of the sink and they did. The view is amazing out of the hotel window. The Personnel is friendly and amazing. Definitely would go back for another stay

The problem i had was that they double charged me for valet when i only had 1 vehicle. Plus changed me for two nights when only one night was for valet. In turn there was an over change for that. Still waiting for them to refund the difference that was already drawn from my account.
