"The apartments are located in more of a residential area and are remote from the town of Aguilas itself. There is a regular shuttle service. The complex looks well maintained, it has a nice big pool area but here and there has broken tiles and looks a bit shabby. The apartment was basic but very comfortable and suited our requirements. It had the basic kitchen bits and pieces. Seemed good value for money."

It involved a long ramp to reception, a loft and some slopy paths and another ramp, so it was accessible but a little long winded to get to our ground floor apartment. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Two huge comfortable beds and a wheel in shower. Table and chairs etc and a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. "Nice buffet selection food overall but having paid for meal I did I not think I need to pay for water or some drinks of course not including alcoholic beverages . "We turned up expecting a comfortable apartment based on 3 star rating and wow!, absolutely shocking from the start. Went to the so called lobby? It was a room with a bar type desk. The man in a sweaty t shirt gave me the key and off I toddled to the room. First impressions set the tone and walked up to the first floor dodging the broken tiled stairs and into the apartment. Pictures will tell the story but the mixer tap in the bathroom only ran hot, no plugs and the toilet brush was horrible....
