The hotel itself is nice although I did notice some questionable people when I was returning in the afternoon. My main concern is that there is a door to enter the pool in the foyer area located between the set of sliding doors to the outside and the entrance to the hotel. As a parent, that just doesn’t seem safe for many reasons.

I needed a taxi to take me to a 3 am bus. Staff gave me a list of three options and told me the one that was most reliable. I was able to book the ride quickly and easily.

I loved my experience at this hotel, the staff was super nice and helpful, my room was comfortable and cleaned, the breakfast pretty good and it was near to the downtown of the city, i totally recommend this hotel.

Hotel is tired and it needs to be refreshed. Room heating system not working properly. Temp was 76 and I couldn't lower the stat. Clock kept buzzing on and off as if there was a short. We had to unplug the clock.

The stay was as expected. One of the desk attendants was not very friendly and there were a lot of stains on the rugs, time for some new rugs. It felt clean, breakfast was good, and the bed was comfy. It was all i needed for the night!

I have always found this place cozy. It is my venue of choice whenever I stay in Concord. What it may lack in high-end fanciness, it more than makes up for on a cozy lobby upstairs. I find great comfort there. The chairs and table upstairs are quite quaint. Rooms are comfy. Beds are not the most comfortable, but not horrible. The free breakfast is good…eggs, meat, cereal, yogurt, waffle maker, juices, coffee, etc.

Decent and worth your penny
Was there for 3 nights with extended family, kids Feb vacation and ski trip to PatsPeak. Room was decent and clean, had no issues. The heated pool and jacuzzi was good for the kids. Breakfast option was limited but guess nothing to complain and we managed.

Average stay.
I would stay here again. It wasn't perfect but it was average. The pool wasn't operational when we stayed. Also, I had to go request toilet paper because there was none in the room, which I found out too late. Had to rinse hairs out of the sink and shower as well. Other than that, it was as totally normal stay at a hotel.

By far the worst hotel experience. I went to my FIRST room and it was dirty. Old food in the floor and piles of dust. The young lady at the front desk put me in another room. I went to use the bathroom and there was URINE still in the toilet! And there was NO toilet paper!! I have never been so disappointed with a hotel.

Friendly staff, old building
Hotel is old and showing its age. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reserved 2 adjoining rooms, 1 of the doors would only open part way making access between rooms very difficult.
