Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your comments following your stay. We do not understand your message, your room 201 is like all the rooms in the hotel: Shower AND bathtub in the bathroom, separate WC. You have 2 large towels and 2 small towels per person, located in the bedroom cabinet. On the other hand, in no description of our hotel does it say that we provide shower caps or hand creams, you cannot give us a bad rating for that, you knew that before coming. Our team is present 24 hours a day, you can ask them any questions if you have any doubts.

The air conditioning of the Novotel Suites Colmar is individual per room, ask for help from our team present 24 hours a day. see you soon in Colmar.
