"Excellent location in the middle of Chinatown and close to train. Buffet breakfast ok. Made to order omelets, bread, coffee, and fruit are good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and bar are very nice with a great view. Would stay again."

"The hotel and staff were wonderful. Buffet breakfast was also very nice each day. Didn’t use the pool or gym but they looked good. Only issue was the quirky elevators. Not sure if they can improve upon it but not so bad to prevent our return to the property."

"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...
