the place was a beautiful one. the room was exceptionally spacious and have a balcony with it. cleaniless was a top notch. Breakfast was good. The distance to & fro airport &night market was fairly near. Food options varies along the streets. Just the toilet light was a little dimmed but other that that it was awesome! :) It was really an honour to have stay here.

Excellent hotel and staff
Everyone was lovely, from the cleaners to the security man. Nice and quiet, seems well sound proofed with good aircon and shower. Would stay here again.

Hidden gem away from Old City
This place is amazing. Such lovely staff and facilities. The breakfast is so good and you can even get made to order omelettes and pancakes. Such a wonderful stay and the area is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle off the touristy parts on Chiang Mai. I can't recommend this place more. If I come back, I'm definitely going to book here again. Thank you so much!

The restaurant is very disappointing. No beer available, food is not nice. I think it needed to be advertised that it is a Muslim Hotel. Big omission.

Overall a nice, modern and clean property with spacious rooms and a nice atmosphere. Beautiful roof terrace but underused without a bar. Restaurant closes at 9pm. Property is a 25 minute walk at least to the old town and 10-15 mins to the night bazaar. It’s a little way out of town for easy exploring.

Awesome place to stay. Their staffs are pretty helpful despite the language barrier. Big rooms, delish breakfast buffet, small but good enough for variety of food. Muslim friendly hotel. Worry not if you are not a muslim, the place still great accomodation for all.

Oh my! This is such a beautiful property. The theme design is beautiful and tasteful. Great architecture and ambiance. Rooms are spacious, clean and fresh. Bed was super comfy and air conditioning system perfect. Bathroom extremely clean and maintained. The entire hotel was super clean, I couldn’t find anything wrong. We ate dinner at the hotel cafe and it was super yummy. Excellent service from our waitress. The Thai tea was good. We ordered the green curry, thai fried rice, pad Thai and an appertizer platter that included samosas, spring rolls and a very tasty mushroom soup. The entire food was delicious and affordable. Very affordable! The staff was so kind and appreciative for the tip. This hotel should be a 5 star hotel. Totally worth the stay. Area is also very safe. We walked around the neighborhood and felt safe. We’ll definitely be back here again.

Not a good location
First, this place is away from everything, a lot of local food selling near by the hotel, that’s a no no, to much big RAT’S running around, also, on their website, they offer shuttle service to and from the airport, well that is not true, when I called for shuttle service, they told me that they don’t offer that services, there is construction going on next door to the hotel, lots of noise, there is no swimming pool. While checking in, they only give me one room key, when I ask for additional key, because I travel with friends, they told me that’s their policy, I ask her to show me in writing, and she couldn’t, to get additional key, you have to give them 300.00 baht deposit to get additional key, I would not recommend staying here, because it’s cheap, don’t do it.

I was expecting to be closer to the old city but in the end didn't spend a lot of time there anyway. I've spent more than a week here and have checked out and returned. There's a local night market within walking distance as well as many restaurants. The hotel kept my excess baggage so I could travel by scooter to chiang dao. Bonus points for me. Scooters are about 200 / day and worth every penny. Cabs and tuk tuks just make up fares as they see fit. You can park anywhere too. You can see almost everything by scooter and have fun along the way stopping where ever you like and staying as long as you like.

Nice amd clean room with balcony. Like the decoration. Breakfast was good. The bathroom good size but the shower water pressure was very low, apart from that everything was perfect. Daily housekeeping.

Great price and spacious rooms Only part we didn’t like was check in staff were clueless. Couldn’t find our reservation. Not friendly. Did not want to speak to us at all. And we were told we could check in early based on availability, so when we arrived they said our room wasn’t cleaned or ready yet. But when we asked a staff member walking by he told us to pay them 500 baht and they would let us. We were willing to pay the fee from the beginning so it seemed a bit shady suddenly a rolm was available as soon as we had cash

Very good hotel, friendly staff. Very clean. Bit of a walk to city centre but can easily grab transport. Great hotel for the price! Rebooked for a second stay while in Chiang Mai. First room wasn’t what was shown on the booking website but nice none the less. Also says free water on website but shows as an extra cost in the room. Would stay again.
