We have stayed at this location several times over the course of our times at Chapel Hill, and will again I have no doubt. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and of a good size. I only wish that they would have kept a view of the bathtubs. I really like a soak, especially when in the process of caring for family members who are receiving medical treatments. Otherwise I have no complaints!

Loved the location. I've stayed here many times previously in the past 5 years. But the hallway carpeting on the fourth floor is really worn to the point it's threadbare where the seams meet at numerous places in the hall, really giving it a dated look. Handtowel and washcloth were clearly dirty from someone having wiped their hands on it (and I was traveling alone and it wasn't me). I understand things like this happen, but for the amount of business this hotel gets on a regular basis you would think the carpeting would be replaced and updated.

The room was immaculate! Good parking with some EV charging spots. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of fresh fruit. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Special shoutout to Ananda at the front desk!

The room we had on floor 2 was poorly put together. The sink shook every time we turned it on. We saw some bugs and were “upgraded” to floor 5. It was the same exact room but the bathroom sink didn’t shake. There was a bug in that room also.

Nice, quiet, clean, and safe. Also only 5 minutes from UNC surgical Center was so nice not having to worrying to much about traffic or finding out way. Only place we stay now when we have appointments.

Everything was great, except two (minor) things. 1.) The spaces in the parking lot are very narrow and cars parked on either side of you make it very difficult to open your car doors. Probably nothing can be done about this till restriping. 2.) Elevator buttons are VERY confusing.

Our room was clean with no toilet issues. There was a couch with a pull out bed which worked well for my 14 yo. I love the universal electric vehicle charger. They should add more since they only have one. they also have 2 tesla chargers. breakfast was good

The restaurant was closed because they didn't.have anyone that would work and being on a Monday all the restaurants within walking distance were closed.

The toilet did not work in the first room they put me in, and the TV was not connected to the cable hook-up in the second room, so the TV essentially did not work until someone came to fix it. These are simple things that should not have been a problem. And there was a barking dog across the hall.

Perfect place to stay. All front desk people were so nice. Came down just after 9 for breakfast on Monday and didn’t realize it closed early. This is always our go to hotel when we visit family. They greet you like family, always helpful, food is very good. Best hot free breakfast buffet that we've ever found in our travels. The rooms are immaculate - Never found a room substandard. If traveling along - always feel safe there. Pricing is very reasonable for all that you get - Love this place!
