My husband and my first time in Columbia. This was absolutely the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the walled city. The nightclubs, the restaurants, the main clock tower is right there. Incredible location!

The staff were all amazingly helpful and patient. We also appreciated the welcome cocktail after a long flight. And, it was absolutely delicious. The roof top pool and lounge are a perfect way to relax after the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Would definitely stay again.

Property is in a very convenient location, staff was amazing, courteous, friendly and very professional. Hotel itself is very nice, room is very comfortable. Rooftop is very nice as well. Only major issue was the bathroom in the room. Toilet had very low water pressure and drained very slowly, so had to flush multiple times to clear it out. Also, towels weren't completely replaced with every cleaning. Girlfriend had to use same towel for her face for 3 days.

Special shoutout to Ronald at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us plan our day trip to Cholon - we had such fun and greatly appreciated his assistance. A perfect oasis in busy Cartagena- perfectly located next to all the action but very quiet in our room. We loved the breakfast and found the bed to be super comfortable. Would highly recommend!
