Fabulous stay - cannot wait to return. The most beautiful place we have stayed the food was outstanding. The rooms were outstanding with the most beautiful views. Staff were friendly everywhere we went around the hotel. And also proposed to my girlfriend there.

Everything was excellent. The only comments I would like to make, are that for a prestigious hotel, it is a shame to have PLASTIC disposable glasses in our room. Also an extra safety bar is needed for getting in and out of the over bath shower. No faults otherwise.

Comfortable and luxurious
The room and setting were lovely. Spacious and warm and I enjoyed treating myself with the coffee and tea and beautiful bathroom facilities. However, I was ill in the night and thought I had reacted to a fish dish eaten in the restaurant!

I arrived around 9.30pm on a midweek night to find lots of cars in the car park and a big 'do' going on in the function room. It was pretty loud as I was checking in and worried me that I would be disturbed. I need not have worried, I could not hear a thing in my room and was able to recover from a long journey in peace! I did not have dinner but enjoyed the breakfast buffet all the more for having missed a meal the evening before. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Only disappointed was that on arrival asked about the Spa and was told full for that afternoon could go in morning at 8am. Was advised on booking to book spa before arrival.

Brilliant overnight stay
Greeted by very attentive & professional reception staff. Executive room was large with plenty of space. Very clean, with a large screen TV & comfortable king size bed. Food in the restaurant was excellent as were the staff. Bar area is comfortable with drinks at reasonable prices for a hotel. I would recommend this hotel. The ratings only give it 3stars?? but it is far superior than many 4 star+ hotels I've stayed in.

Great stay
Just had a one night getaway and booked an economy double room but when we were checking in we were upgraded. Fabulous room great spa will definitely visit again. Lovely evening meal in the restaurant and a great buffet breakfast.

The only deficiencies i found were with the staff and food options in the point bar. Elsewhere in the hotel the staff were brilliant, Room, Breakfast, Restuarant and Spa were excellent.

Lovely hotel, a super spot, the evening meal was first-class, breakfast ok, Veggie sausages were the type I wouldn't eat, there are much better alternatives (Richmond).

My guests loved this hotel, very well run & great breakfast with spectacular views from dining room. Not ultra posh but runs like clockwork & spa well maintained. Rooms with sea views are apparently worth it !
