We loved the pool and the amazing view that comes with it. It was also our baby's first pool experience and he loved it. We had most of our meals at the Stirling Grill and all of them were spectacular. Customer service is top-notch from the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping and any requests we had was immediately attended to. The only thing we could comment on was the ventilation in our room. The weather was ranging between 15 to 20 °C when we stayed so it got warm when no windows were opened and no matter how many times we adjusted the temperature inside the room to make it cooler and turn up the AC, it went back to 24°C which made it so hot and uncomfortable it also felt drier inside. We had to open the sliding door that night just to get in some cold air so we could sleep.

Accueil très froid, aucune explication sur les services fournis par l’hôtel. Au restaurant, très belle rencontre avec Jade, la serveuse. Steak trop cuit et portions non généreuses au déjeuner. Très bel endroit et vu exceptionnel.

I enjoyed Malcolm's environment and facilities. It's a comparatively luxury stay at the price level. However, the hot tub and heated pool was not working properly during our visit.

The only downside of our stay was the shower that lacked the seal at the bottom of the door so water kept escaping on the floor. But other that That the stay was superb.

Great hotel with fantastic mountain views. Room was clean and very comfortable. Located in Spring Creek area, which is in my opinion, one of the nicest areas in town. Overall friendly and professional staff, except time at check-out. Would be nice to hear something like “thank you for staying with us” and have an eye contact.

I liked the location as its very walkable to all the amenities. Things i didnt like was the outside parking lot as there is no paved walkway to the front door. Also in the room there is no fan in the bathroom which was a shock for such a high end hotel.

We booked as great location and dog friendly. We were a bit disappointed did not want to serve us other than takeout or room service with dog. But we have been before and it was not an issue as tables close to bar but outside. Fairmont's provide dog friendly areas to be served, even in Winter inside. Malcolm can easily do the same.

This was our second time staying at the Malcolm and we love it. The location and epic scenery is perfect. We love the roof top hot tubs and pool, and the room is so comfortable with an amazingly beautiful view of the mountains. Our only disappointment was the cost of room service one evening which was 250 which included a bottle of wine. For that price unfortunately the food was just okay! We would definitely stay here again! Our only disappointment

Amazing property. We were traveling with our dog, and The Malcolm made the trip so easy and enjoyable. The rooms are beautiful, the common areas are relaxing and quiet and the restaurants/service is excellent. We were able to enjoy food at the indoor patios with our dog which allowed us full enjoyment of the beautiful decor and property. We’d definitely stay again.

Stunning property! Amazing mountain views. Outdoor pool in the winter is very nice. Sterling restaurant is simply amazing. Best Sunday brunch I’ve ever had.

Beautiful property and location. Hot tub was closed due to cold weather which was unfortunate but we had fun in the games room area instead. Will definitely be back!!
