InterContinental President Cancun Resorts is an amazing place for families. It is safe, highly trained staff, clean, and friendly people. The room service was very responsive and come daily. Furthermore, they know exactly how to make you happy and satisfied. The beach was clean and the water in the pools is heated. The food also is amazing although it is a little pricy. One thing I hope it change is to make the restrooms in the hotel more private with a separate door. Also, the closet need to be in a separate place in the room away from the restroom. They had a mix up with my reservation, told me that I had a reservation for one instead of two, even though they fix it apparently this information was not communicated with the rest of the employees. The first room that they gave us was on the first floor but had a strong mold/humid smell that was unbearable, also the room was pretty outdated. I asked for a change and they gave me a second floor room that was definitely better. They need a little more attention to detail since they forgot to replenish water/coffee/sugar etc. a couple of days. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the views amazing and the staff very friendly. The pools are great and the beach is unbeatable. We used the spa and it was a nice pampering experience. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

What an amazing place is this hotel! I fall in love with the service. The people at the bar was amazing aswell at the restaurants. All employees were friendly, a big shout out to miriam at the pool bar she was wonderful ♥️ That beach is beautiful.
