"This is a very modern property. The apartments have nearly everything you need. Except, cutlery, tea towel, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper! We were constantly asking for toilet paper. None of the house keeping staff could speak English. It was very frustrating. Considering there were English speaking guests, there should be a couple of HK staff that can speak English. "Vi var to familier på rejsen og vi fik en stor og lidt mindre lejlighed. Lejlighederne er pæne og rene. Swimmingpool'en ligger skønt direkte ud til floden. Personalet var også hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger i stille omgivelser og væk fra byen, som ligger på den modsatte bred. En tuk-tuk til byen tager 15-20 minutter. Det betyder desværre også at der kun er en restaurant i området, samt en sandwichbar i dagtimerne. Restauraten er en god japansk af slagsen. Vi prøvede også at bestille take-away via...

"Perfect location with amazing views and great staff I am coming back"

"Tried to give me one bed apartment which was next to building site. Far too noisy. Bad service to even try putting a guest in such a apartment. Staff not very competent, eventually had to get hotels.com to contact manager to get moved. Property is okay, good location, but really nothing special. Pool area is not so great. Gym is okay and usable. Lots of building work going on in local area so be sure to get apartment on a high floor. "

Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away. "

"The apartment was very spacious, we stayed for 15 nights and were very comfortable. The two bedrooms were very nice and the beds very comfy. Well equipped with slippers and dressing gowns, iron and ironing board. A lovely bathroom and plenty of towels. The kitchen had 2 hob rings, microwave, and full size fridge and freezer. There were a few pans and utensils as well as crockery. (No oven). The pool was lovely and there is a gym, sauna and steam room. Air con in each room so we could set...

"Koh Rong is quiet but the Hill Beach Resort is located near the more popular area of Long Set beach. Probably nicer places along the other beach but your stuck far away from shops and restaurants. The resort and staff were lovely and I think its the pick on the island. They have their own jetty which the main ferry line drop you off at."
