Loved the relaxed vibe at the property, the stream, the fitness center, and the enthusiastic staff. Happy hour is a real deal. Replace the frig in pine lodge, please.

If they would provide room service or more food options thru out the day it would be great. Also would be great if someone would help you with your luggage when you have to climb stairs to get to your room. everything else was great! beautiful location! Stunning views!

The staff was very friendly, the restaurant served good food, the menu items suggested by the staff were delicious. Our room was clean and spacious. The rooms are spread out over multiple buildings. The scenery in the background was beautiful and I took advantage of the hiking trails in the area

Mickey mouse operation. Staff refused to pay for a suite instead of a room... claimed they did not know how to process the change. Refused admittance to restaurant at dinner without a reservation although the restaurant was largely empty. Briskly told "we don't do breakfast " the next morning. No coffee in room. Loud banging in the hallways. Loud generator or other machinery noise throughout the night. At checkout, staff were unable to operate the receipt printer. The property exudes a cold, plastic unwelcoming aura

Nice grounds! Well land scaled… lots of outdoor space, fire pits, nice pool, nice views of mountains, a stream where people were fishing, tennis courts, spa, etc. We were there for a car show and they were very accommodating with our trailers, trucks and vehicles. We were impressed.

Peace we were looking for
It was so good. The place is great. It was the peaceful getaway we were looking for. Walks by the stream we’re our favorite. We didn’t even get to take advantage of half the stuff available. We would love to come back and see a show in the playhouse!

Beautiful setting and facilities. Fantastic customer service response. Even if there were hiccups - and there were - they did an excellent job to find a solution to it. It's a lovely, quiet little place to stay and I will certainly go back when I stay over in the greater Carlisle area.

This was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Yellow Breeches Creek while dining at The Barnes Restaurant. The brussel sprouts were amazing as well as were the chicken kabobs. The fire in the lodge/registration area was quite cozy. Great overnight! Great place to write your novel!

Mini NYE Getaway
My guy and I went for a mini getaway for NYE. We were invited to a special dinner at The Barn…it was DEVINE!!! The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!

There were some lovely flowers but overrun by weeds. A dangerous hole in the entrance to Stone Lodge. No outdoor seating near the SL. No breakfast or lunch seating. Conflicting information from staff regarding plays. Lawns and creek beautiful. Food good. Staff friendly.

When I walked to check I encountered the Bar Manager working the front desk. She was very Arrogant and asked me if I was here for three nights as if I could not afford to be in a hotel this will be that would be my last stay at this particular hotel
