"Problème d’organisation, on a du relancer 4 fois pour qu’il puisse nettoyer la chambre et à 17h rien était fait. Les serviettes n’étaient pas donné systématiquement, on a dû les relancer pour avoir de nouvelles serviettes."

"Staff was remarkable. Had a slight problem and the manager personally took it upon herself to meet with us and go above and beyond to help us and to make things right. "The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows ..."

"Nous avions réservé un appartement au bâtiment F et finalement nous avons eu l'appartement dans le E bref arrivé a 18h et logement était ba peine prêt ménage pas terminé. Nous étions 6personnes et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes pratique et ne parlons pas des couverts 2fourchettes 1 couteau et 2Cuilleres. ..."
