"Wifi - did not work or slow Wifi - the password changes daily so you have to go and get a new one from reception every 24 hours(no one had explained this to us so we did not know why the wifi had stopped working). Wifi - use either phone or laptop NOT both.If you try you are kicked off. We we were placed in a room around the back from the main hotel. We had asked for a high room on the upper floors and were on the ground floor. No tea/coffee in the room. Overpriced."

"This was my first time in Thailand and it was made much easier with my stay at the Tide Resort there friendly professional and helpful attitude made my visit so much easier and it is my intention to travel to Thailand again in 6 months time I would have no hesitation in booking the Tide Resort."

"I stayed at this hotel last year and was quite pleased but a year on the standards have dropped bathroom not as clean the sink tap was hanging off they was no shower curtain so by time 3 people showered the bathroom was a wash ,and in general where looking shabby ."
