Great stay got upgraded

The hotel itself is great. The staff were amazing, the rooftop patio was lovely. My issue is the location is a bit shady at night although very close to walking street and the mall. Transportation is cheap so it should solve that problem. The second was no food allowed in the room, a minor problem. Didn't affect me too much. I still give it a 5 star rathing overall.

The Staff were very friendly… 24 hour pool and Resto open…. Pretty noisy with trikes… view from room was a gas station. Coffee bar and treats tasty…. Needs some upgrading… but the friendly staff made up for it…. We were exhausted and they let us check in a little bit earlier, which made a huge difference for us.

Stay was good but i am not so happy Their queen bed has only 1 pillow each bed. So because there’s 4 of us in the room, we need 2 more pillows added. They only put 1 pillow esch bed so they can charge extra for esch pillows

The hotel was like the reality vs expectation. In the picture looks like it was new, but in reality the hotel is like 10 years old with re painting and renovation..the washroom door was so old,my chair on the was room was tearing apart.

Had 4 scheduled to stay and only 2 towels/2pillows. They charge extra for towels and pillows which was crazy. TV sucked in the room and they charge crazy extra to get you a car and make you pay it to them. 1500 ride at the most cost us 2300. Just crazy

The hotel is okay but hard to park and it’s a crowded place .why do I have to pay extra pillow fir 2 beds family room and rent kettle also? I don’t understand this extra extra charges

Thank you for your kind feedback. We are working on building an automated parking system, adding 40 parking spaces very soon. Following a survey that we conducted with the local market, we found that most of our guests prefer further discounts on room rates where they would pay for additional requirements separately. This allowed us to reduce our rates by 17 percent parallel to the related cost-saving measures.

Can be too noisy specially when groups or families have their little one running around in room not realize there some people still asleep in the morning you hear them above you. And food is not as nice and very limited to choose. You have to ask more pillows for the rooms and everythings that you need in the room. Theres no sun beds where you can relax. So many things i can include here. But not sure if we gonna stay here again.

If you don't mind paying Extra (not advertised BTW
I'll be straight and blunt. Hotel, Room, Pool, Penthouse. Very good, clean, good space, all fine. If it was not of the next... I would recommend. But I cannot. The hotel as a "BUY IN HOTEL ONLY" policy, meaning, you cannot brings any food, drink, beer or so inside. You are stuck to use their, at 3x the price or more or you pay a penalty. And they tell you AFTER you book, not before. On this I do not recommended this hotel, though everything else would be fine.

Well the hotel stay was fine. But at checkin there was a form to sign that stated if you brought outside food or coffee such as Starbucks there would be a 300 peso fine. I get that there is a restaurant on site but maybe they don't serve what I want! There is no water kettle in the room so if I wanted Milo or my coffee there was no way to prepare it. This was just an unsettling thing in my mind and I probably will never stay here again due to that one thing

Toilet in the lobby needs serious work. No outside food and drinks allows and you can only consume food and drinks purchased from the inhouse cafe and restaurant like a prison. Nice view from the pool though.

To be fair, my review is solely on the fact that hours before check-in time (which was 4 pm). My room was canceled by the establishment. When I booked the room, I selected “pay at hotel”. Luckily I had internet on the plane and I saw an email from the hotel via Expedia telling me ways to pay for the room. This was a red flag in my mind. Short version: The hotel was contacted and they said my room was booked to another person because I had not paid yet. How can I pay at the hotel (as selected) during the booking process before check-in time, if I’ve not even arrived yet! This was one hour before my flight landed. Tip for the hotel. Don’t allow “pay at hotel” to be a selection if your system or whomever staff wise can cancel the room of someone that has already booked a room. It’s deceiving. On principal alone, I will never try to book the hotel again.

They must have activated it without our permission or consent, and for that, we are now closing availability on Expedia until this is re-closed.

The place to stay in Angeles City.
The stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff was always available and eager to serve. The Piccolo Padre Restaurant is a true Five-Star Fine Dining Experience. We would definitely visit again!

Christmas at Prime Asia
Though we experienced an earthquake during our stay, and it was understaffed because of the covid situation, we managed to get out of the building because of its fire alarm and easy access to stairs. The hotel staff were trained, hospitable and accommodating. We woud have stayed longer if not for work.

Check in customer service was TERRIBLE!
We tried to contact the hotel via 4 different methods (including calling) to confirm if the pool and hot tub were functioning prior to arrival so we didn't waste any of anyone's time. We received no responses. They didn't even answer the phone. We arrived, and asked directly "Before we waste anyone's time, are the Pool and Hot Tub working, and is the Hot Tub Heater on?" The ONLY reason we booked this hotel was for the Pool and Hot Tub. The answer was "The pool and Hot Tub are working, but the Hot Tub heater is still under repair." We were offered to cancel but decided that as we were already there now, the hours spent in the pool that evening and next morning would be worth the $100 per night fee. We emptied the car, got the kids in, filled out all their paperwork and were then told it was now 4:45pm we could not swim as the pool had reduced hours and closed at 5pm. Obviously we were VERY upset that they did not mention this knowing full well how our ENTIRE stay was based on the Pool and Hot Tub, the Hot Tub was already not working, so we were going to pay $100 for a 3 hour swim in the morning??? The Customer Service person was useless and actually made the issue worse. Eventually the head of security came and offered to extend the pool hours, which is what e had been asking for the whole time (or a refund) but no manager was available (of course). The Customer Service guy needs the sack, the Security Manager needs a pay rise.

Thank you for your review. Before you make the booking, the operating hours are listed on the page. It is also listed on our website. That includes the reception operating hours, which is not available to take your call after 10pm. Moreover, when you make the reservation, all these details are also mentioned in your confirmation letter. Our receptionist is a very professional team member who was able to maintain his composure and avoid answering back, even when your threw a tissue at him and insulted him. It is our protocol that when a guest is very angry, only the security manager deals with him.

Stayed at Asia Prime property about two months ago. No problems checking in then. They check to see that my wife and I were working in Pampanga This time I booked the hotel the same way. When I went there they said they were sorry we could not check in with having a voters ID which is required now for a Barangay ID. Of course I’m in Pampanga since last November to work and I’m a foreigner and cannot get a Voters ID. The front desk clerk said for me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I did do that and the hotel manager was kind enough to reply and also told me to contact Hotels.com and have them process the refund since that is where I booked it. After waiting a week for Hotels.com to process a small refund, Hotels.com sent me an email saying the property Refused to refund me. So I’m not
