"Great facilities and location. Beach is adjacent to resort and nice although sand is rough. Food was nice but not exceptional. Staff friendly enough. Pity the AC was not activated due to season as kids got hot at night and fan was not great. Also very eco unfriendly with so many plastic water bottles. It would have been better to have water refilling stations. There is poor public transport to Antalya and taxi is expensive. Uber does not provide any drivers or they cancel. Perhaps yellow cab...

"Her şey mükemmeldi, lakin otelden havalimanina hiç bir şekilde otel.tarafindan tahsis edilen bir ulaşim yok. Bu buyuk bir eksiklik. Resepsyon'daki personel hiç profesyonel değil. Konaklama için odedigimiz para icin "vay be 5 gun icin 20 bin lira" tarzi yorumlar hic hoş degildi. Ayrica yine resepsyon olarak guler yuz eksikti."

"Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. "Superb. An ideal location: beach is nearby, water is pristine clear. Food is good not excellent but keep in mind it is all inclusive resort. A lot of alternatives for dine in in Kemer which is 10 minutes walk from the resort. Will come back in the future. Mid September till Late October is an ideal time to stay: kids back to school :)"

Hikmet (our waiter), Sefa (the cocktail whiz), and Sergey (massage extraordinaire) made our stay fantastic and all other fellows at the restaurant and on the reception. "I am satisfied with everything about my stay except the reception service. When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel. "Great stay in the off-season with only a few guests in the hotel. It felt like the entire staff was attending to us. We were treated like royalty ;) Ksenia from the Entertainment team took us to see the nearby mountain and it was an awesome trip. Fantastic food and service. We had a lot of fun!"

"Two seperated bed, very small and dirty room that is not seen at the web site of the hotel and agent's web sites...be careful about this hotel! If you have any problem should know that no one is going to help you. The hotel stuff will recomend you to communicate with your agent (like hotels.com or expedia etc). They have 2 diffrent type of building. One good one bad. If the good full then you be in the bad but you can not know which one are you going to be..because only good one in the web...
