"We had a room with a private pool. Bad things first - room 502 - the pumping /mechanics of the pools are around rooms 501, 502 and 503, therefore from early morning to midnight if you are in your room or bathroom it sounds like a very loud extractor fan is going off constantly. Also these rooms are on the path to the quiet pool and grill bar, so there is foot traffic going past the end of your so called private pool area (bit like being in a goldfish bowl as everyone stops to look at the pool...

"I liked almost everything about the property. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The place felt safe. It was very clean, towels got changed every day. The beds and the sunbeds were the comfiest I have every known on holiday. The food was wonderful. Just a couple of small niggles, the coffee and tea served at breakfast wasn't always particularly hot. The sunbeds were reserved and whilst the hotel said it was not allowed, did nothing to address it. It was hard to find an area...

"Stayed on the top floor of the hotel, with incredible views of the sea. Hot tub on the balcony was great in the evening when the weather was cooler (stayed in April). The main pool was too cold to use in my opinion at the end of April, maybe by May/June it will be a more comfortable temperature. Service was excellent. Always very friendly and attentive and ready to give lifts to the highest apartments in their buggies. Highlight is the buffet breakfast. Plenty of options in addition to an a la...
