"Love this place! The room was really 5 stars clean,Luxurious, comfy. The staff are really nice and polite. I mean every staff member are so proper. I feel safe at this place. "We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Creek, and we loved the tropical atmosphere of the surrounding garden and the river terrace. "Saengcha resort is a family run resort and there is absolute personalised service from Munin, the owner and his brother! "The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type."

"When we arrived the accomodation was not ready. We were offered another local accomodation which was sub standard for the price, and we refused it. Then we were offered another room which although was okay, it was still a very expensive stay and sadly was disappointing. On the upside the lady that managed the accomodation was very nice and helpful, and the area is stunning with some great local restaurants and a wonderful morning market. I think our main issue was that we booked about 3 hours...
