"The stay in Isara made our holiday in Khao Lak very memorable. The quality of customer service and sincere hospitality that far exceeded most 5 star hotels. Andy and Benz had gone out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care off during the stay. The property is near beaches and good restaurants, mini marts and one of the best Thai tea stall. They provide shuttle service to town and places of interest which saved us a lot on taxi fare. "It is set up in a jungle it is very relaxing to stay. The beach is front is cleaned but needs cleaning. There are sun chairs but need maintenance The gardens are nice but need better maintenance. The bongolows are spacious with good showers but need repainting. The all place needs DIY and upgrading. "

"We stayed for 3 nights and would have been happy to stay longer. Our room was excellent with everything we needed. There was plenty of choice for food in the restaurant, where we ate each night. The swimming pool was a great place to spend time at the end of a day out. Sia the manager was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. I can highly recommend the Hotel Khao Sok and Spa."
