"The property is beautiful and the rooms are new, spacious and well maintained. Loy Chalet had the most comfortable beds of our entire trip. Large pool, delicious smoothies, and good breakfast options. It is important to know that for lunch and dinner, the hotel does not have a kitchen on site (despite the website noting fine dining) and anything ordered is delivered from a nearby restaurant. "Amazing location in Ao Nang and the lady checking us in was so lovely. Only stayed for 1 night and the area seems like it can get quite loud but this location is slightly hidden away so you can get a great nights sleep. Rooms are big with a nice bathroom - had a balcony but didn’t really have a view of much, regardless the property was a lovely find, especially for the price point! "

"The hotel was in much worse condition than the pictures make it out to be. The rooms had multiple things broken, including the refridgerator which had a puddle of water inside and the bathroom sink which literally fell apart multiple times even when they said they'd fix it. The rooms were also very dirty, there was a thick layer of dust/lint on top if the tile, stained towels, old soaps left in the shower, and mold/mildew in all the tiles.
