The property is conveniently located near the bustling train station as well as the historic arcade street. And of course, the monorail. Clean, comfortable, economical. We checked in late at night so we had to stay there that night. Next day a maid came and did the best she could but the smell was there. "Walking distance from kokura station with nearby mall and Uomachi Gintengai Street. Room is small but decent with amentities provided. Friendly staff assist with the check in as well as the luggage storage prior check in and post check out. "

"This offers great value for money - it’s very clean, with all the usual hotel amenities (kettle, fridge etc) and in a good location. The only negative is that there was no way to control the temperature in the room apart from turning the heating off and opening the window. The room was too warm for my liking so that would be the only negative point. Otherwise, the stay was excellent and it’s fantastic value for money. "

"For a one night business trip, this hotel is perfect. Inexpensive yet very conveniently located just in front of Kokura station, with plenty of dining choices within an easy walk. The room was comfortable, clean and large enough for my needs. (Just a place to sleep and relax a bit in the morning)."
