This property was a nice walk to the Train/bus station. The elevated walkway to the Sea Mall and station was awesome!

Tiny room but nice and clean. So-so breakfast. Loved onsen on the top floor with a nice view. Good amenities. Close to the train station but there is a pachinko parlor nearby and some creepy looking people walking around.

The front desk staff was very helpful in providing options for parking as the hotel's parking was full. The roof top onsen is one of best I've experienced in over 4 decades luving in Japan. I highly recommend adding the breakfast buffet to your room bill. Very good selection of both western and Japanese foods

The room was small,typical for Japan. Would have liked to see view from hotspring, a miss, but lovely. Nice to have the ice cream treats in the rest area after the soak! No other foreigners there , a lovely port city for a quiet visit

I would say, that this hotel is all-in-one hotel. You can found everything in this hotel, starting from the welcome drink, natural hot spring, massage chair, and after hot spring service (small dinner, free flow drink, all you can eat ice cream). And there are many choices on the breakfast menu and all is delicious! And, you can find the region speciality dish as one of dish that this hotel can offer. So, I can already enjoy the hotel itself, it’s the staycation type hotel. Really recommended!

Everything is perfect. The location of the hotel is also very close to the station and there is a convenience store nearby. The bus stop is also close, so it's good to go to Karato Market or Akama Shrine. Yume Tower can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There is a hot spring inside the hotel, so you can enjoy the hot spring freely. Free ramen is served in the evening and many other services are provided for free. It is easy to get to Kokura by subway, and I think it is the best hotel to travel throughout Kitakyushu. I highly recommend this hotel.

4 words. STAY.AT.THIS. PARADISE…..Seriously the best hotel I’ve stayed in this far. Rooms are great! The service is impeccable and I only know a little Nihongo. The Onsen on the 10th Floor !!! Not so spacious room

It was a hassle to find the parking lot at first. The parking space just beside the hotel was full and we didn't know whether there's any other parking lots provided by the hotel. We had to stop the car in front of the hotel and asked the staff inside the hotel. Anyway, the staff was helpful to point us the carparks nearby with a map. The room is not so spacious for two big luggage.

とても使いやすくて　選んでよかったです。泊まったフロアーが９階のお部屋で大浴場が１０階だったので、エレベーターを待つなら階段で簡単に移動出来たら良かったと思ってます。 大浴場もきれいに清掃されていて、お風呂に癒されました。
