"I stayed only one night. Was my first time in a shared room. The experience was good. I feel comfortable and respected. The bed was super comfortable. No elevator just one stair. They give complementary bottle of water. The a/c temperature was excellent. Shared bathrooms was ok. I feel like I was staying in a beach house because of the wood doors. Very friendly staff. They have parking in a very near lot. Easy uber drop on /off. Super value for money. Near of San Juan, beach, restaurants....

"We only stayed for one night beut we really enjoyed it! What a cute little boutique hotel! The only thing not so great is the water pressure in the shower, and we found a few long hairs tangled up in the bedding. But otherwise, the property is gorgeous and it's super convenient to shops and Old San Juan. Great place!"

"I had a great time at my stay at this hotel! it looked almost exactly like the pictures. I loved the modern yet luxurious feel of everything and it was a quick Uber to everywhere we wanted to go including OSJ. Minor issues with room service and sending multiple messages via their messaging system with no response. Wasn’t aware staff left at 8 pm, would be nice if the property was staffed a little later. Also no outlets in the bathroom. But overall lovely stay and I would stay here again. "

"This place was perfect! I came on a solo trip so I was kind of nervous but that quickly went away. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The private room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. And the vibe is unmatched. Walking distance to the beach, many different restaurants, and even Walgreens for any essentials, but honestly you don’t even have to leave the property to have fun. Everyone I met was super sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again. "

"Older buildings renovated on the cheap but good decorating and reasonably clean. Bed and bedding could be improved. Would be good for an extended stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to old town but has free parking. "

"I arrived super late at night but it was super easy to get into the facility. I had a private twin bed and it was perfect for a four day stay. It was okay it could have been cleaner but it did the job! the showers were nice. Even the people staying there were really cool - invited me to play cards/drink. The area is really nice - very walkable to the beach and lot of restaurant options which I loved. I def will be back if I need another quick trip to PR."

"This was about as basic as you can get but that’s all I need for one night. It’s about the size of an average bedroom with a bathroom. It’s also nice to have the beach within a couple blocks. Didnt seem like a beach you can swim in though. The check-in process was very easy which is always welcomed. Although this isn’t their fault but be warned it can get VERY loud with the bars nearby. Music was blasting right outside my room until 11:30pm on a Sunday night. If not for that I’d probably...

"Spacious rooms in a convenient location. Close to restaurants, cruise pier, and not too far from Old San Juan and beaches. Only annoyance was the type of sinks where you only get water while pressing down on the faucet thing. Staff were very accommodating."

"This was a great property to stay in for the short-term solo traveler. The room is a basic room but, clean and comfortable. The staff and swerving were amazing as they made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt as if I was a part of their family. I would definitely stay again. Just keep in mind that this property does not have any elevators so you’ll have to walk your luggage up the stairs. I two huge maletas and had to walk up to the third floor.
