"El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de una estación de metro, es un edificio moderno y muy limpio, pero la habitación es muy pequeña, sin siquiera una mesa donde poner objetos y la cama muy pequeña también."

"Easy process checking in since we did it online and then we were offered free drinks (tea and coffee) for checking in online. Staff was friendly, hotel room was clean!"

"To begin with from less to worst: the room was too crowded of beds, could barely pass to my bed, some lockers were broken, bed not made, bathroom dirty, dust balls on floor, but I overlooked that and went to common area (dining room) which smelled terrible (every day of my stay at night time) regardless I sat to work on my laptop and a cockroach walked on my feet a guy stepped on it to kill it, I let staff know and they did nothing, asked for a refund to go somewhere else for the remaining days...

"Location and cultural immersion. The hotel is an architectural joy and the rooms have been designed and maintained for comfort; amenties are convenient. My expectation was that the room would be small, due to the age of the building, but design really made the most of the space. Staff were welcoming, provided great information. "This is an excellent property and great value. The old rooms for the communal areas have the most beautiful ceilings. I had a double room that looked out onto a leafy street with a TV and ensuite . The building is very secure and there were quite a few solo female travelers staying there. Everything is very clean. The location is excellent for shopping and seeing the main historical sights. "
