Dear Aurelien, thank you for your feedback. We apologize if you waited too much at the restaurant. In order to provide the best service to our clients, our food is fresh and prepared at the moment, so it can happen, if the lunch/dinner time is pretty busy, to wait a little bit more. Our prices are not high if you consider the location of the restaurant right in front of the ocean, the great variety of our menu where you can choose from many different dishes (from zanzibar food to italian pizza or sushi just to mention some of them), the continuity in the food supply, the freshness of the food. If our waiters did a mistake in the order, that can happen; if it happened more than once you should have referred to the management so that we could have done something for you to apologize for the inconvenience. As concern the tides, this is the typical natural phenomenon of the east coast of Zanzibar that makes it so fascinating and unique! I'm sorry for the seaweed, in some days you can find them on the beach due to the moon cycles but we provide daily beach cleaning. Regarding the room, there is no rust on the shower walls and, if we would have been advised about the leaking in the toilet to the reception or in the daily guest comment that we kindly ask you to fill every morning, we would have fixed it immediately as we always do.
