"I have stayed at the Esplanade several times over the years. It changes little but always seems fresh. I noticed they have dropped the door keys with the large tassels for tap keys. Shame but it will not stop me stayong again! This is a top European elegance hotel. Rooms are large. I was recognised and upgraded. It has a lovely terrace and memorablr breakfast. I look forward to my next stay. "

"バスターミナルから徒歩１０分ほど。周辺は住宅地で何もありませんが、少し歩けばスーパーやマクドナルドがありました。 徒歩すぐのトラムの停留所からザグレブ市内へのアクセスが可能。 建物は本館と別館（アネックス）の２棟。チェックインや朝食は本館で。 今回は本館のシングルを利用。部屋は狭いですが、バスローブにロクシタンのバスアメニティ、中身入りのミニバー冷蔵庫ありなど充実の室内設備で快適に過ごせました。 VIP特典でミネラルウォーターにお菓子がお部屋に入れてありました。（予約サイトの記載はワンドリンクでしたが） 朝食は、地下のカフェにて。手作り感のある物がたくさん並んでいました。また、スパークリングですが朝シャンのサービスもあって大満足です。 スタッフのサービスは、とても親切で好印象でした。 場所柄、ザグレブ市内観光の拠点としては少し遠いですが、長距離バスや空港利用の前後の宿泊としては大変アクセスの良いホテルです。"

"The hotel was clean but had the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. We were on the “first floor” which meant we had to walk up to two flights of stairs with suitcases, and no elevators. However, the room we stayed in was nice and clean. But for the price, would rather stay elsewhere next time. "

"Great location and well appointed rooms. Close to the bus station which we had to use. The front desk staff were very helpful and eager to help. We dined in the hotels restaurant and were pleasantly surprised how good the food was and how reasonably priced. I would stay there again. Robert"
