Our standard rooms do not come with a Kitchen and we do not make that claim anywhere. I wish you had raised your concerns while you were here.Maybe on your return you will book to enjoy one of our 1 Bedroom Suites

We continue to be Pet friendly but as is clear on our website this is limited to our first floor rooms.It seems those rooms might have been sold out at the time of your travel. You are correct like there is an extra person charge in Hotels their is a Pet charge not a deposit. We do get regular compliments on the cleanliness of our room. I am very sorry we did not meet your expectations.We have 2 large pillows and 2 small ones in each room.Were the small ones too big also? You mentioned it was too loud, Could you say what time this was and what sound were you hearing? It would certainly help us to identify and correct the problem.
