"Easy to find location with hotel parking and NCP parking close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had put on a late night bar with karaoke for after the Take That concert and it was great fun. Breakfast was excellent."

"Lovely hotel, staff friendly and food on site was lovely. Quick service and nice environment. Certain parts of the building are quite run down and need fixing, I.e. health club ceilings visibly damaged and in a state of disrepair in areas but overall didn’t detract from experience."

"My stay was ok nothing too bad the room was very warm but there is a fan. My room was also next to kitchen extraction I was up early for work but if I wasn’t it is noisy. Staff were great housekeeping excellent free parking good leisure facilities."
