This hotel was perfect for our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool which was open until 10pm. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. All the employees that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here

Family of 5 in a double queen suite, plenty of room. Room was clean. It was nice of the hotel staff/manager(s) to text me and check in to see how everything was and if we needed anything. They were very responsive as well.

The room they gave me said non-smoking and had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and an unpleasant smell of marijuana. The smoke sensor was broken. I spoke to the receptionist and after half an hour of waiting, she gave me a solution of giving me another room with the same smell and I have a 4-month-old girl and they don't understand that. I don't recommend it for families.

Me and my St. Bernard Kai stayed there. Everybody is very friendly. It is very clean. I totally recommend it and especially if you have your animals with you. It’s pet friendly.

Room was fine. However located next to an outside door and had to listen to everyone going in an out all day a night. Also, people were smoking right outside the door. And were greeted to the smell of cigarette smoke when ever going in and out of the room. Would have called to change rooms but had my to small kids on my own and moving to another room would have been a nightmare

Poor House Keeping.

The sheets and even bare mattress smelled of urine. When I notified the front desk they were very helpful had my room switched.

It was a great hotel to stay at clean , staff friendly the breakfast was a plus only down side was first day extremely noisy I think for my 2 night stay the hotel was also serving as a family shelter so alot of kids other than that second night was great quite & comfortable bed

Overall a decent stay. Considering we were there for New Year's eve, the room was good and relatively quiet- meaning we never heard neighbors . I gave 4 for cleanliness bec it is a pet friendly property and there was definitely pet hair in our room. However, I do not know if all rooms accept pets or there are predetermined rooms for pets (meaning we may just have had a room for pets). It wasnt a big deal for us, butnif you're allergic it could be. We were 2 adults, a 9 yo and 2 yo. Definitely enjoyed Breakfast- these workers were wonderful (even on New Year's day!)

We were hoping to use the pool which was one of the main reasons of choosing this hotel but when we got there we were told it was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was a little disappointing but overall the room was clean and the staff was welcoming and kind

I like that you can bring your pets. It's just a shame that owners (like the ones who stayed in the room directly above mine) don't have the decency & understanding that they are still in a hotel with which there are other guests. I was having to listen to 2 dogs barking, running around at different times of the morning & evening.
