Historisches Hotel, top Lage, sehr nettes Personal
Ein toller Ort, der viel Geschichte hat. So sind die Zimmer im alten Stil des Hauses gehalten, was dem Hotel auch seinen Charme gibt. Super Lage, mitten im historischen Zentrum. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist Gold wert. Das Personal ist extrem nett und sehr hilfreich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

El hotel esta precioso y hermoso. Lo unico que haria es un poco mas de iluminacion en las habitaciones y hace falta advertir a los clientes con dificultad con el movimiento que hay muchas barreras . Todo lo demas esta perfecto .

For the price this is a very good option to be in the center of Xalapa. Our room was small but we only needed to crash for a night. The coffee in the room was excellent the shower was very good and walking out there were many excellent options for breakfast.

Totalmente recomendable
El hotel es hermoso. La habitación me encantó y sobre todo hay que destacar la limpieza de la habitación y del hotel en general. El personal fue muy atento. El único detalle es el estacionamiento que es pequeño y está a media cuadra del hotel.

Había mucho ruido, el restaurante siempre lleno!! Desde temprano escuchas a la señora de las tortillas haciéndolas. Te llega el olor de la comida a tu cuarto desde temprano!!

We are very pleased with the staff. They have a good helpful attitude. The rooms are unique, vintage. If you get a suite, specify which one you would like as each one is different. The food in the restaurant owned by the same property is excellent!! Thank you for your hospitality

Such a charming hotel! Everyone was so kind and attentive. The restaurant was fantastic. Parking is included. The hotel is in the center of everything and just a block away from Juarez Park. Highly recommend!

Good hotel
Good hotel close to plaza. Good room large and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast in eccelant restaurant down stairs good, but check how much you get off staying there. O and their laundry service was both cheap and good.

I absoulutely loved our stay here! The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning was an added bonus. The staff was kind and attentive. Great location within walking distance to the historical area. The free breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back!
