Rude front desk, especially female with nose piecing. Definitely got catfished by photos! Rooms looks very tired and cheap. No toiletries… like 0. Only a cheap half-full handsoap in bathroom. No wash towels or hand towels. No blackout curtains. AC barely worked. No paper towels in kitchen. Poor cups/dishes. Bedding was really pilled and old. Lamp was falling apart and lightbulb was broken on top of bed. Hallways smell like feces/dirty hospital

Quite a basic room. Air on noisy, self check in process. Bed linen provided basic. Basic utilities; crockery etc. Location was good. Cleanliness not great; bathroom floor dirty and hair found in shower. Toilet seat broken and falling off. Wouldn’t recommend unless there for one night due to high noise levels.

Very convenient location. Apartment is big. Check in is convenient, you can pay 40zlt to park car, but very inconvenient to walk back and our assigned spot was taken by someone else and we had to go back and forth to change spot. And the parking is under building located on krawiecka 3. No elevator lead to floor 0. Complex to go back to the apartment

Very very disappointing start to our trip in Wrocław. The photo of the apartment on the Internet was nothing like the apartment we were given. Old, tired, no renovations, dirty, holes in all mattresses, mattress not clean with yellow staining, no washer/dryer provided which was stated as part of the apartment on WOTIF. One pan for cooking with no utensils. Limited cups and cutlery for 5 people. Will not be staying here again.

Good stay very central to the old town
The apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the old town of Wrocław. Just one street away from the main square in the old town. Could walk there. Could have done with better curtains in the bedroom. Very light and not fitting window properly. The sitting room and kitchenette were quite big. The couch bed was leather and a little soft. Overall a good experience.

Nothing good to pronounce
It was a horrific experience. We ordered a “Superior” room for 4 persons, but there were only one bed, which was smaller than a Queensize bed, and the other was a couch which could be folded out, but it was unstabil, it was falling apart, no bedsheets no blanchet nor pillows. Under the bed as well as the couch was dirty with bottles, trash, vape liquid which might indicate the cleaning is at best, quickly performed. As we ordered a “Superior” room, it was listed with a bathtop, which is one of our criterias, due to the small kids, we got a room without, and worst of all we got close to zero help from the reception, after approx 40mins of waiting. We didn’t get help with any of the above, and was told we could try and reach out to the cleaning lady, which they did not know was at the location. They told us we could try and come the following day and ask again at 10am as that was when the reception time opened, even though we came at 3pm were it was open. All and all there is no good ratings to give at all. At least to expect is help from the reception, which as mentioned was close to zero.

Loud apartment, awful people at the reception desk
The apartment is loud: constant buzzing of the AC, like on a plane. There’s no way to switch it off. Apart from that, it’s ok. Another thing that made my stay terrible was the woman at the reception. I asked for an iron which was supposed to be in the room but wasn’t. She said she’d give it to me the next day, which is no good. It was a business trip and I needed to prepare. After some negotiations she said she would check the storage, and then she announced she couldn’t find another iron. I’m sure she never moved her ass from behind the desk (there were two of them and no clients to attend) and she lied to my face. A terrible experience.

The unit was in poor condition, it smelled like fried fish in the living room there was damage to the chairs, flooring, and the microwave did not work. There was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the sheets had holes in them, the bed linen did not feel clean is we slept in our clothes. The bathroom was nice and clean, the security guard was very helpfull in getting me a last minute parking and facilitate our arrival. Not a luxury property, i desperate need of repair and proper housekeeping.

Really bad staff attitude.
Very rude lady at the reception never received any clear directions from the staff. Felt like I was trouble when I ask the question. Really bad attitude. Nice rooms but if you looking for somewhere with really bad customer service that’s your place. Would never book it again as I never felt like that before I mean being treated by members of staff.

Ikke luksus, men værdi for pengene
Venligt personale i receptionen, som var hjælpsomme i forhold til de spørgsmål vi havde. God beliggenhed, lille købmand lige i nærheden, shoppingcenter lige overfor. I gå afstand til det store markedstorv og flere seværdigheder. Vi havde 3 forskellige lejligheder, som lå i 3 forskellige bygninger, men alle var fine. Ikke luksus, men helt fint til prisen. I vores lejlighed var der dog ikke nok bestik til alle, og det var ret sparsommelig med køkkenudstyr generelt, men da vi spiste mest ude, var det ikke et problem. Vi kunne godt have brugt et par ekstra håndklæder, så vi havde haft et til hver + et til at tørre hænder i (der var 4 håndklæder og vi var 4, så det var acceptabelt). I de andre to lejligheder som noget af familien boede i, var der vaskemaskine, det var der dog ikke i den vi boede i. Mulighed for offentlig transport lige på modsatte side af vejen. Alt i alt et udmærket sted, og vi kommer gerne igen.

Apartments are not signposted and are hard to find. The receptionist was not helpful and told us the rooms weren't in this building. Wouldnt tells us how to find them we then asked the information desk, and she didn't no either? The rooms are very run down and in bad condition.

The room was dirty! The bed was not comfortable at all. I have previously stayed at different apartment from Absynt Apartments and was really surprised how bad this room was in comparison with the room I stayed at last time.

No mattress on beds
We booked a deluxe twin room. The beds were a mattress base with springs coming through,ripped and blood stained with a mattress topper. We slept and asked for mattresses the next day and was provided with quilts to act as mattresses. Day 3 they moved us to the deluxe apartment I had paid for. Asked to buy washing tabs they advertised in reception they didnt have any. Asked for additional towels as only supplied 1 each, they didnt have any. Asked for bath mat as shower door wouldnt close , they didnt have any. This site is not allowing me to add photos to my review.

Jedyny plus to lokalizacja - przy samym rynku. Wyposażenie wybrakowane, na pewno nie dla 4 osób, a nawet jeśli było to kubeczki obite, patelnia nie nadająca się do niczego. W łazience grzyb na suficie.

Location is superb everything is either a short walk or tram ride, easy public transport to airport, apartments are modern with everything you would expect, no big issue but no english speaking channels on tv in rooms

The property is itself is clean with 24hr security. The apartment itself is the worst . I’ve stayed at the apartment many times . However the apartment was disgusting. The sockets were off the wall exposing bare wires . Bedding was disgusting. Was advised we couldn’t be moved because no other rooms available.

In the first room toilet was leaking, water in the bathriom floor, mold everywhere in the bathroom, not able to connect to Wi-Fi, holes in the walls, and doors. They moved us to a second room. Stove wasn't working hair dryer wasn't working nightstand lights wasn't working and on the last day at 9:00 a.m. when we are trying to leave the room they locked us in. We couldn't get out of the room for 2 hours. The phone that we found in the room wasn't connected. After making a few international phone calls we finally were able to reached the reception. And they unlock the door for us. It was the most scariest thing I ever experienced, and I travel the world. The front desk were so ignorant about the whole experience. No explanations, no apologies. No customer service.

Nice apartment and in a great location, however had scarce amenities, eg no microwave, grill pan (in oven) baking trays etc. so cooking limited. No hairdryer, but one was provided on request.

Brilliant location but improvements could be made
On the plus side the apartment is in a fantastic location and a short walk from the Old Square. We visited for the Christmas Market and it was close enough to pop too and from the market several times during the day. The apartment was spacious with really comfy beds (including the double sofa bed). The wi-if was good and it was nice and warm. Plenty of drawer and hanging space. The negatives were the initial reception. Arriving on a rainy, dark night we could not find the reception. There are no distinguishing signs and the picture used on the ad is not on the street you check in at so you feel that you are in completely the wrong place. When we finally found it we were met by 3 miserable receptionists who were no help at all. They gave us a poorly printed sheet with the wi-fi code and apartment number and told us to look for the key code across the road. There was nothing there and we spent another 10 minutes trying to find the place. There were no instructions as to how anything worked or where the bedding for the sofa bed was hidden! The ad mentioned that breakfast was available but there was no mention of this at all. My further disappointment was with the amount of cutlery/crockery available. There were no glasses at all and we had to sip my birthday Prosecco out of gritty, chipped mugs. There were only 2 bowls (in an apartment for 4) and one teaspoon! Towels were provided but were hard and scratchy. Such a shame as gave a bad first impression!

Basic and loud.
Whose idea of luxury this is, I don't know. It's an ok place. Rather basic. I booked a 40 sq m room, got maybe 20. The receptionists saw me and said hello only when they were ready to do so, not a minute earlier (Is it really so difficult to say, good morning, I'll be with you in a moment?). The room had AC on that couldn't be switched off - loud. The view was of an internal courtyard: depressing. I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the place.

Great proximity to the square and mall across the street. Very clean. Only issue was the shower didnt actually have a shower curtain which essentially cause a mess on the floor with water. but besides that, great place to crash
