Our handicap parking spaces are located next to our fitness center entrance where our handicap lift is located for easier access to the hotel lobby. Regarding the height of our chairs, I apologize if they didn't meet your expectations. We strive to provide comfortable accommodations for all of our guests, and we understand that preferences can vary.
