While we strive to achieve the highest standard of service and excellent, sometimes things break beyond our control, such as appliances and hardware. I can assure you this is not a standard of Whiski Jack Resorts. As a result of the water pump failure, we provided you with options and you chose to move forward with compensation. Hi Steph, We did hear about the broken window and are very saddened by this act of violence. The police were notified but no one was found. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and kitchen and hope you'll come back again! This is the first time I'm aware of vandalism at this property, so please know that it is not a regular occurrence.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We did notify all of our guests about the elevator situation which is unfortunate but repairs do need to be taken care of in older buildings. The building itself is older, but the location is perfect and the rooms are renovated. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you!

Hi Neal, I've very sorry to hear about the issue with the hot tub. We have forwarded this information on to the cleaning company and will be following up with them about your situation. It was our understanding that the tub was in fact cleaned. We are not able to offer discounts for a time-period longer than a year. I apologize that this information was improperly communicated to you initially from a new staff member. We are not able to offer discounts for a person other than yourself either. From what we understand, the tub was cleaned and we refunded you $30 plus tax. We feel that this combined with the offer for a deep future discount is reasonable to offer you. I'm sorry you did not feel that this was adequate. I hope you were able to enjoy the stay, despite the issue with the hot tub.
