The staff was super nice... Even the cleaning ladies were so nice. Our room was great. The Hotel was clean and even nice looking outside...

Great!
The hotel was great and the price even better. I travel a lot for my job and hotel cost is on me. The under $100 cost a night is welcoming. Friendly staff in the kitchen and front desk.

The people working the front desk were amazing!! Very accommodating and the breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again.

Hótel was nice and clean. Appreciated the giant bottles of shampoo and toiletries provided. Only complaint was there wasn't any towels by the pool and the pool room was kind of cold but other than that nice stay

The roon was not cleaned very well. Surfaces were dirty, hair on surfaces in bathroom. The worst part was the smell. The entire third floor hallway had a strong putrid smell which eventually made its way into the room. Only way to describe it was smelly sewer feet.

Some confusion with reservation. They made me another and it charged me twice. I had to see the manager the next morning to get one refunded. There was a price difference and of course the cheaper amount was refunded.

Disastrous
The entire lobby, pool, and hallways were under construction. It should not have been open or at least notifying potential guests. You had to enter through an emergency exit out back, and half of the parking was taken by dumpsters and portable job containers. After arriving we discussed with the hotel about canceling but they said we had to go through hotels.com. it was so bad, we had to take the chance and go across town and get another hotel. The inconvenience of the hotels.com app being all messed up didnt help at all!

I do have it posted on our website. We are improving our property for our guest, yes lobby and pool are closed but our rooms are fully done, and we still offer a full hot breakfast in our meeting room. We are looking to have our hotel completed within the next 3 months, with lobby being back open next month sometime. We are sorry for any inconvenience but doing an up grade is a must.

Yes, we are to make our hotel even better, all rooms are totally done and we are almost finished with the lobby, Breakfast is still a full hot breakfast we offer in the meeting room.

Stay far far away from this hotel
Hotel is under renovation and it appears they are renting rooms before they are ready. The exhaust fan cover in the bathroom was hanging down, the ceiling light cover was hanging down, the floor had stains all over it, there was a hole in the bathroom door. Killed a spider in the bathtub this morning. In the bedroom you could tell they moved the smoke detector because you could still see the hole where they didn't get it completely covered. The smoke detector was hanging down (I assume it was hooked up but who knows), the wardrobe was sticking out in the room about 2 inches from the wall and it wobbled and made noises every time you walk by it. I usually stay someplace else that is better and cheaper but several people told me how nice it was since it had been renovated. If this is better I would hate to see what it looked like before

The pictures online are definitely not of this hotel. The staff was friendly, but the rest of our experience was terrible. The hotel had a musty smell, water damage everywhere, door to my room didn’t not seem secure, carpet was sticky and dirty, mold on shower curtain and in bathroom, towels in room were dirty, bed had odor and extremely uncomfortable. It was so bad after one night of our three night reservation, we left and went to a hotel 30 minutes away. This place is in desperate need of a renovation.

Holiday Inn? More like, Holiday Out.
This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. It was immediately evident upon arriving that the photos on Hotels.com were not from the same property. Actual patrons didn't provide the high ratings. There was water damage everywhere: in the room, lobby above the breakfast area, etc. Due to the water damage, there were mold spots and an overwhelming musty/moldy smell. It was the type of hotel experience that just made you feel unclean and gross. That said, we were booked for 3 nights, but after the first night we just left and found other accommodations. None of the individuals in our group felt comfortable staying any longer. I will say, the hotel staff was friendly. However, that's honestly the only positive feedback I can provide.

Not good
The staff was friendly, but that's the only nice thing I can say. The hotel is a mess. Dirty. Mold in room. Torn curtains. Disgusting carpet. Water damage throughout. The property is in disrepair. The photos are false advertising, and I am skeptical of the 10/10 reviews. They said that they are in the midst of a renovation, but the property appears to need a tear down, not a renovation.

Everything you need and newly renovated.
We were in town for a funeral. We stayed there because is was close to the church. We will most likely be staying there from now on, when we're in town. It was very nice. We had a room with a large refrigerator, microwave and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! The breakfast was very good. They had everything anyone could want at breakfast. The rate was good. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice too.
