"I spent only one night in this hotel, and I was fully satisfied. The location is nice, easy to find, with a close parking space. The reception was very friendly. I had a big and clean room, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and the most important a fairly quiet air conditioner. Only the bathroom had some limitations. But the swimming pool was nice."

"The location was just what I wanted - all the places in Nicosia I wanted to visit were within a reasonable walk - the art gallery and museum were 20 minutes walk, the Old Town about 30, the crossing to North Nicosia about 40, and best of all the municipal park with peacocks, and river walk were only 10 minutes away. "The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. The room was smaller and quite dated, but it had all the necessary infrastructure, including a fridge and even a small balcony. "the hotel is fine for this budget - you can not expect anything special, but beds are fine, room was clean, all the small issues were ok - towels, water, noises - nothing here to complain. "Wonderful stuff and hotel in a great location in the old Nicosa, everything a short walking distance away. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed and come with efficient and quiet AC. During my first visits I stayed in a room facing front and second time facing back. My preference was the room facing back; I enjoyed the view of the old town and it was quiet. Breakfast was very good too. Looking forward to returning. "

"The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia."
