บริการต้องปรับปรุงเช่นแม่บ้านไม่มาทำความสะอาดทุกวันต้องร้องขอจึงจะมาทำและระบบinternet wifi แย่มากต่อไม่ติดเลยและช้ามากเรียกให้มาแก้ไขก็ปัดให้ไปคุยกับservice provider เองและฝากกระเป๋าไว้หลังcheck outเพื่อรอขึ้นเครื่องบินตอนกลางคืนก็เสียค่าฝาก

Staff was so friendly and helpful, even when we were close to the end of check in time due to delayed and cancelled flights. Clean and great amenities! If I'm ever back in Vancouver, I will absolutely stay again.

we have five peoples but there only one bathroom very inconvenient. After opened the sofa bed in living room only have narrow space to walk through from rooms to bathroom.

Excellent property and great customer service! Time share was well kept. Only suggestion would be some water bottles in the room and a toiletry kit. Otherwise, great location and great amount of space. We’d definitely stay here again!

We just stayed for one night to attend a concert at Roger’s Arena and it was a perfect location within close walking distance. Of course being in the heart of downtown Vancouver there is lots of restaurant options. The IGA grocery store is a couple blocks away so we took advantage of the kitchenette to make our own breakfast to save $. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. We would stay here again!

The service was wonderful, but the property was lacking. The building and amenities are old and out dated. The pool was cold. However, the room was pleasant and clean. The staff was lovely and it definitely balanced out the negatives.

Great communication, anything you needed was a call away! Nice suite, came over from Victoria for a Canucks Game, nice a close to the rink, walkable! Would definitely stay here again!
