Thank you very much for your review. We are very sorry that you felt disturbed. We are a family hotel and at the moment is high season, which means a lot of families spend their holidays in our hotel. We offer child care daily from 9 am to 9 pm in 2 play rooms. Furthermore dinner with child care and babysitting for the very little ones. If the children eat together with their parents in restaurant of course it can be a bit louder - but as we never had any complaint we think it’s not comparable with a nightmare. Maybe we can welcome you another time in our nice hotel – than we could recommend you the lower seasons like May, June or September. All the best for you and warm greetings, Family Kofler

Dear Michael, Thank you very much for the review. Unfortunately we don't have a pool but we do have a Spa area with two saunas, steam bath and infrared cabin. Coffee machine in the rooms are not common in our hotel category and area. But thank you for that advice.
