Staff were so helpful and accomodating. Taps were leaking, and the neighbourhood wasnt the nicest, but great for a short stay

Hi GretaI see you tried to call at about 1:30am this morning without calling during business hours to advise you would attempt to check in at this time.Office hours are between 8am in the morning and 8pm in the evening, but had you called ahead to advise you intended to arrive more than 5 hours after the office had closed, we would have been there to receive you.....RegardsRaintree Motel

Check in was very smooth however we were not notified at any time that there was no hot water. When we went to shower in the morning before traveling, we were in for a shock. After speaking with management about it on check out, there was no offer of compensation other than an apology for no hot water. After pushing the fact that paying over $100 for a room with no ability to shower was not reasonable, I was finally able to get a partial refund.

No hot water - not advised at check-in!
No rooms had hot water as they'd run out of gas but I wasn't advised at check-in (at 8pm) so I at least had the choice to find another motel. A casual apology was given at checkout but no compensation was offered. Terrible stay!! I can't understand the excellent reviews for this place as it is very tired and in need of renovation. The beds aren't good (despite what another review said, and I've NEVER stayed at a place that ran out of hot water.

We needed a room at the last moment. Gentleman on reception was lovely and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. All we were looking for really and very reasonably priced.
