I didn't even stay the night! The room looked to be remodeled by the lowest bidder. There were cobwebs in every corner of the ceiling. When i decided to check out early they didn’t even ask why. They only asked it i needed a receipt. There are way better places to stay for the price.

There was dirt hanging from the ceiling right over the bed. The air conditioner was either off or on and running continuously so noisy all night. Needed it on to combat stuffy smell and to much use of air freshener.

The bed in room 322 was horrible. The mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.

This hotel didn't respond to any of my emails that I sent through Expedia. Wyoming's state government unexpectedly closed down the freeway and I wanted to reschedule my stay and they just ignored me and kept my money. I reached out 24-48 hours in advance of my booked stay. A month later, they STILL never responded. It's one thing to deny an accomodation, but to never even respond is unprofessional.

It looked like the hotel has gone through a successful update. The bathroom was very nice! Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection. However, we thought our room was dim…could have been brighter. Had every like on! The TV was good but the old fashioned rotating channel guide drove us nuts!

A fairly new hotel. We didn’t like the parking on the side of the building. Toilets were odd. Bathroom layout was odd. The hotel needs to get their second luggage trolly fixed. We had to wait until a guest returned the only one they had

The hotel has been renovated. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious. Many dining options close by. The breakfast was adequate. The only complaint is the rooms need a bit of extra cleaning. The headboards should be cleaned, the bathroom tub surround had soap residue on it and the bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Good accommodation for a reasonable price. Would stay here again.

Broken tiles dead batteries in the tv remote, in room hot tub was the loudest I have ever heard, kids stomping around in the room above me till 3am, then again at 7am. I was really glad I only stayed one night.

My 1 night stay Feb 23-24 at the comfort Inn was great. Very clean room. Breakfast was good. Nice work out room. The king size bed was very comfortable. The styling of the room was up - to daye. And very relaxing. I recommend staying here

Very pleasant stay
Our room was very quiet because it's at the end of hallway, all of us have a good night sleep. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Bf buffet was ok. Limited variety but taste not bad. Receptions were also very friendly.

Didn’t tell me ahead of time that a deposit was mandatory to stay until I arrived. They wouldn’t refund my money that I already paid for to book the room. If they would’ve told me about the deposit, I could have been prepared but instead I had to be turned around and go right back home and lost over a hundred dollars. Shame on Expedia and this hotel for not communicating.

The front desk person wasn't at the desk when we arrived, but did appear after a few minutes. The rooms were decent, and the breakfast was standard hotel breakfast.
