I’ve had previous good stays at Remm Roppongi. Facilities are getting understandably old but that’s no excuse to have mold on the walls of the shower/bath room. The inside of the minibar was dirty from the previous guest. Next to the window, a bit covered by the curtains, a plastic bottle from the prev guest was also not removed or cleaned before the room was assigned to me. Hotel provides now reusable slippers which is positive for sustainability BUT the slippers were dusty and this impacted my experience to use them because I didn’t have the certainty of how clean they were. The hotel management should revise their processes to improve the cleanliness, please.

remm Roppongi delivered beyond expectations. This hotel is an ultimate stay in Tokyo as it's very nice, clean, and quiet with great amenities and a wonderful staff. It's also in a great area with a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. options. It's close to the subway system so you can reach anywhere very quickly and also you can walk to areas like Roppongi Hills or Omotesando in 10-20 minutes. Bonus note: I left my cellphone at an Uber and the staff was very helpful in getting it back. I'm very very thankful.

This is a great hotel in a great location. This is my second stay here, both times for more than ten days as I have business nearby. It’s convenient, clean, well-appointed, and I do highly recommend including the breakfast buffet when booking your reservation. When I return in a few months, I will definitely stay at Remm Roppongi once again! Aloha!

average quality. super close to subway exits. but way too small room cant even open my luggage properly. and the worst part was the noise from the AC exhaust fan,.. the temp control worked great but it didnt run auto although we set it up as auto AC. ended up getting sick becuz of continuous cold AC air over night. also no garbage collection so we replaced the garbage bag everyday. towel replacement was great and also the tower view was beautiful.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Tokio und haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Man muss sich aber halt bewusst sein, dass die Zimmer halt eher Japanisch sind. Sprich alles recht beengt. Den Massagesessel hatten wir nicht genutzt und war dann für uns eher ein bisschen Platzverschwendung. Eigentlich fehlte einem an Nichts. Einziger Grund für 1 Stern Abzug ist, dass das Essen immer das Gleiche war. Etwas Abwechslung diesbezüglich wäre nett auch wenn jeder etwas für sich findet. Die Musik beim Essen hat uns auch tatsächlich nicht angesprochen aber naja, um Geschmack lässt es sich streiten. Würden aber wieder dort buchen, da man recht gut zu allen anderen Stadtteilen hinkommt mit nur einem Umstieg.

Station's are close by and there are more than enough places to eat on the same street as the hotel. Very close to transport. Rooms are quite small and can be an issue for opening big suitcases but it is very manageable. The bathrooms and shower are amazing the massage chair is great too and the property gives you towels and water daily

Remm was close to lots of food and transportation but those were the only saving qualities. When we arrived the blanket at the end of our bed and visibly dirty with stains as well as the edge of the windowsill. There was minimal cleaning within our room everyday and check-in was overly complicated with an automated service. Even though there was attendants to help, it felt redundant to have a service like that.

全体的に良かったです、スタッフも親切ですし、交通便も良かったしレストラン等困りませんでした。ただ部屋のロールスクリーンカーテンを下にしたとき上の所にほこりがいっぱいたまってました、あと髪の毛を乾かすときにドライヤーをするのですが吹き出しの所にほこりがいっぱい詰まっていて自分でとれるところはとったのですが取れないところはそのままで使用したら最後は焦げた様なにおいがして使いにくかったです。それ以外はとっても良かったです。また次回ここに宿泊したいです。

Trés bon emplacement non loin de tous les attraits. On voit l’hôtel à notre sortie de la bouche de métro. Toutefois le personnel parle uniquement japonais ce qui nous empêche de demander des informations importantes. Il n’y a pas de service de concierge qui peut vous aider à prendre des réservations dans des restaurants oú on parle uniquement japonais ou encore nous informer sur les principaux attraits de la ville. La chambre est propre, la salle de bain est bien équipée et le fauteuil masseur est très apprécié après une longue journée de marche. Toutefois les dimensions de la chambre sont minuscules. Si vous avez de grosses valises considérer réserver une chambre plus grande.

The Remm Roppongi was a perfect place to stay. The staff were friendly, the check-in was easy, and the room was super comfortable. We had a scenic view of the city and the massage chair and pyjama sets were nice touches. The subway is a quick walk down the street making for easy trips around town. Lots to eat in the neighbourhood.

Noch nie einen so schlechten Service beim Personal in Japan erlebt wie in diesem Hotel. Muffiges und überfordertes Personal beim Frühstück. Die Rezeption war nicht In der Lage eine zweite Bettdecke zu gewähren, geschweige ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu rufen. Nie wieder Remm Roppongi never ever

Hotel is in a great area, we took the metro from the airport and as soon as we got outside roppongi station we could see the hotel over the road. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby, and if you don’t want to take the metro Shibuya is only a 40 minute walk which we did one day and it was nice. Can’t remember if there was a difference in rooms but we picked a basic one as it was a bit last minute and it’s all that was left, a bit on the smaller side but was still fine for two people and shower/bathroom is spacious. Staff speak English and check in/out is easy as it’s all on a screen. Wifi was good when we was in the room and there’s a hdmi port next to the TV’s if you wanna bring your own stuff to watch. Overall great stay and location is perfect, would stay again.

Great Hotel close to lots of amenities and tourist spots. Good spot to be close to City center and also not too far from Haneda Airport. Staff were good. Restaurants within hotel were good and the room had all the business amenities i required.

Location is great. Many options for shopping, dining and transit. No parking attached or waiting area for car, so picking up rental car could be a little challenging. Need to use the paid parking lot across the hotel and load/unload your luggage there. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is very well layout and spacious enough for 2 large luggages and 2 standard carry-ons plus backpacks. In-room massage chair is definitely a great feature for all ReMM hotels. It’s small but functional. I’ll want to come back again.

Room (economy double) was tiny, stuffy and visibly dirty, especially the carpeted floor. Stains on walls and surfaces. Hair in the shower. Visible wear and tear everywhere. Lots of dust. Only pro was the location in Roppongi, close to the subway.
