"The hotel in general is good, but the air conditioning system DOES NOT EXIST, it is a non-standard air conditioning system, which means that there is heat in the room and you have to sleep with the windows open and in our case we were on the floor Low, I would not return nor recommend this hotel"

"The room was very small overall. The bed was comfortable. The only window was a small sky light. This particular room is not pictured on the hotel website. Breakfast was good. We added parking and I must say the access to the parking garage was somewhat difficult to find and a bit nerve wracking to navigate through the garage as it was so narrow! Overall, a good one night stay at an appropriate price."

"Plus var: - mycket vänlig personal - riktigt bra frukost, fanns allt, inkl. cava - bra läge Vi hade ett superior dubbelrum, men det fanns brister som inte motsvarar standarden för ett 4-stjärnigt hotell - Endast el-uttag på ena sidan av en dubbelsäng - Endast en fåtölj i rummet trots att det fanns gott om plats. En fåtölj lär management ha tagit bort. - endast en liten hylla för bagage fanns. Personalen ordnade dock fram ett fällbart väskbord åt oss. "

"Very convenient to the Plaza Major & every thing else in the vicinity. There is plenty to see & do. I could have stayed longer, sadly I couldn’t. Hotel needs a some updating but the price & convenience out weighs the minor negatives. Nice & friendly staff. Some rooms are very small & bathtubs are very high. Not enough grab bars in shower area. I still recommend staying there."

"Somewhat stuffy hotel but good location for historic center, train and bus stations. Several restaurants within easy reach. Breakfast has a lot of variety but the best thing about it is the fresh fruit. Thermostat didn't work for heat which only came out of the bathroom radiator."

"Nous faisons 2 étapes/an au Montalvo, en voyage aller/retour séjour au Portugal. Nous aimons beaucoup cet hôtel. Juste une petite remarque : les salles de bains sont biens, mais la douche inonde le sol, la paroi de verre est trop courte... C'est dommage, car la rénovation est bien. Notre prochain passage sera en octobre prochain 🙏"

"La habitación es amplia y confortable, y el personal del hotel muy amable. Camas bastante cómodas, sin ser lo mejor de lo mejor, pero se duerme bien. La limpieza es correcta, aunque en el lavabo encontramos algunos pelos. A nivel de habitación se echaba en falta alguna estantería más o lugar donde poder dejar objetos. El hotel dispone de Parking privado. En general buena opinión."
