"Staff increasingly friendly which is a common theme across Indonesia. Great business style hotel. Included breakfast was very tasty. Traffic jam needs to be kept in mind when departing to the airport which is not too far."

"In university are, rooms are occupied by the student and they come and go throughout the day so the elevator is always busy. Lobby is not on ground level and the elevator to the ground level is separated to the one goes to your room. The cleaning staff is very polite and friendly"

"The hotel was conveniently located near the Surabaya Airport and Immigration office, but it only provided a shuttle from and to the airport despite the immigration office being close. If you don't get a King bed room, then you will be stuck in very tiny and uncomfortable twin beds. Additionally, the condition of the hotel is not the best. There were outlets that was dislodged from the wall and some visible damage on walls. Finally, there isn't much to do around this area. You need to drive...
