The hotel was okay, I really dislike the smell un the room, we rented 2 rooms and the smell of them was weird. Breakfast good, and coffee too

Room is comfortable. AC works well. Staff friendly. Pool ok. Towels could be outside. I like the need to use room card to enter hotel from non main entry doors. Suggestion: mgr should look at rooms monthly. Our room has dirty soiled carpet; furniture that is chipped. Front entrance which everyone sees first could use paint. Elevator floor dirty. The hotel is fine for price and quick stay

This property is pretty dated. The pool is in shambles. All of the patio furniture is either cracked, and broken or severely faded. The pool was dirty. They have hand towels on the rack for the pool. The shower curtain rod was broken and leaning. The mattresses are AWFUL! I was not aware they changed the pet fee to PER night. Most properties do per stay. I had to pay 75.00 for a pet stay. Location is convenient to the highway and other retail establishments.

It was surround with eating and shopping, we walk to go eat and Walmart was about 2 block really right across the street, just had to cross interstate. Breakfast was good, all hosts were friendly. Only issue there was 2 dog that early in the morning was right outside our room on patio at 8am continue barking.

Overall it wasnt terrible but wasnt the best. Bathroom smelled like mildew, and tbere was hair all over the tub and door. Rooms needed to be fixed in some areas from damage.

In all my years of traveling both personally and professionally, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed with. Typically Country Inn and Suites is consistently reliable for its price point. There was no ability to fully cover the window behind the shears. Typically there is always something like a “blackout” shade that can be pulled so that the lights from the surrounding hotels are not shining through your window all night. And I had the extra special treat of being startled awake by flashing lights from several emergency vehicles at the hotel behind this one. I could never cool the room down well enough to be comfortable. The bathroom had cracked tile and a dirty toilet. The carpet in the hallways almost appeared to have some spots that I assume in an attempt to clean a stain just appeared as a bleach spill. In my two nights there, I only saw one employee. The area is nice and convenient but, never again! I will not even trust other Country Inn and Suites locations due to this experience.

When we entered our room there was roaches everywhere and wasn’t very clean! We showed the front desk assistant pictures of the roaches and he says he will talk to his manager and give us a refund but now the manager is not cooperating so we can’t get our money back!!! We will never book another stay at country inn and suites!!!

The room was very clean but the whole hotel is kind of old and you can see and smell it everywhere. The gym is not really a gym , it’s a room with three equipment but shouldn’t be called “gym”.

Upon arrival we checked in and immediately left for dinner and returned later in the evening to enjoy the room. We were greeted out tye elevator with wet paint signs everywhere, bleached stained carpeting and damaged walls. Our first room had a roach infestation and our second room on a separate floor did as well. It was nearly 11 pm in the evening with 3 kids, leaving the hotel was not an option. Upon check out we requested a manager, whom was not in yet for the day. We called 3 times following check out for a week and never received a return call. We even text their text line requesting a call, crickets!

The young man that was at the front desk when we checked in was great! He was courteous, got us checked in quickly, smiled the whole time and answered all of our questions . The hotel was clean and room was nice, breakfast was yummy and staff was kind.

Came up for a funeral. The clerk would not change payment methods that was used to hold the reservation which seemed to be a very simple process. My room was so musty the carpet was damp. I had to run the heat on high all night just to dry it out. Gym was okay however the water cooler was empty and no towels. The staff was nice and it was good to see that they were painting. All in all it was average.

At check in, staff charged a $50 fee to my card for “incidentals”. When I asked for an explanation they told me it was refundable after we checked out and they verified there was no damage. I’ve never been charged this fee at any other Country Inn and Suites. When we entered the room, the couch was ripped, there was ground in food in the carpet, the bathroom obviously had not been cleaned, mold around the rim of the sink, makeup on the counter. The AC was noisy, and shuts off when you sleep, because of a motion sensor. So the room would get hot, we’d wake up, wave at the sensor, and it would restart. Breakfast was very good, and staff were polite, but totally uncaring. The room was terrible. Expedia shouldn’t even list this hotel. At checkout, they explained the $50 fee would take 5 business days to be refunded. There is a construction crew staying here, and there is mud tracked everywhere. The same muddy foot prints were in the hallway the whole time we were there.

A great place to stay.
From the front desk to maintenance, everyone was amazing. I would recommend this location for sure. The desk attendance Monica made us feel so welcome.

The heater didn’t really work and wouldn’t get above 69

After checking in went to my room. When i got in room i found the refrigerator was not working and smelled bad, also thers was a lamp missing from beside bed,the desk light was broken. The TV did not work and desk chair was broken. Called front desk and they sent the maintence man. He did a great job getting everything changed and he made sure everything was working properly. The staff were all very good.
