Property around the Chateau is nice, and the countryside setting is OK. The building itself is old, with horrible wallpaper in the rooms, no AC, and no elevator. Bags have to be carried up a lot of stairs, with no railings for the upper floor. The lack of AC means the rooms get very warm, unless you open the windows - but there are no screens and plenty of bugs come into the room (mosquitoes, various flies, moths, and spiders). The staff was very friendly and helpful, the massage was good at the spa, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. It was isolated from town, with no available transportation except our car and no food delivery available.

It was a beautiful hotel and grounds. It was a short drive into Bayeux and to the Normandy battle sites. Breakfast was nice.

Very disappointed

Very disappointing. Hotel has been bought and they are going to start renovations in the fall. Hotel has probably not been updated for 40 years. Our sink was cracked, the felt welting on closet doors was falling off. A light in the hall blinked all night. The carpet behind the front desk was taped down due to wear. Staff was very kind. They are embarrassed by the state of the hotel. My kids had better dorm rooms!

Beautiful property,refined and relaxed. Marie at front desk was delightful and oh so accommodating to my family and I. Watched her man the front desk,act as bartender,make restaurant reservations and a charcuterie for my hungry grandchildren all at the same time!!! So kind and helpful

Petit déjeuner décevant . Les choix étaient limités. Dans l ensemble, ce petit déjeuner ne répondait pas à mes attentes et ne valait pas le prix payé pour la prestation du château . Sinon tout le reste est Ok le personnel rien à dire.

Exellent hotel

A wonderful hotel inside an ancient castle in a charming and amazing place. An exceptional restaurant inside the hotel, an indoor pool with warm water, a jacuzzi and a sauna, everything is clean and beautiful, the staff is very helpful and nice

Great stay overall !! The venue looks beautiful. We didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as we didn’t have enough time. The room was a bit old but the bathroom was beautiful and products are from Nuxe, loved that !!

The Chateau de Sully is an excellent hotel experience! Absolutely gorgeous historical property that makes one feel like a Duke or Dutchess. Very professional and friendly staff take care of your every need. The breakfast was also exceptional! Just perfect!

Séjour d'une nuit dans une propriété agréable. Accueil moyen. Quelques soucis dans la sdb de la chambre 9 dans l'annexe du château : pare-douche pas étanche, lavabo fêlé, distributeur de savon / shampooing inutilisable. Plafond de la chambre dégradé et bruyant avec la chambre mitoyenne. Belle verriere, très bon petit-déjeuner. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. Beau parc mais dommage que la propriété se situe au bord de la route.

Could Not have enjoyed our stay more

Breakfast and our 3 hour, 6 course dinner was absolutely amazing! The setting was beautiful and the staff were incredible. Very, very convenient to Beaux and Normandy if visiting the historic sites.

This is a beautiful French Chatau, pictures don't do justice. This Chateau sets on Acres of manicured grounds. The food and wine was fantastic!

Wonderful Castle that is immaculately maintained with staff that go above and beyond to make your stay special. I've travel extensively and this property is world class and can't say enough about Gregory the general manager and all his staff who treat you like royalty and make you feel like home in this prestigious castle.

Katastrophe

Hotel ist alt, es werden grosse Zimmer angepriesen 35 m2, man bekommt aber nur 12!! Diskussion sinnlos. Wir hatten noch nicht einmal einen Tisch im Zimmer Das Frühstück, megaschlecht , nur Weißbrot und Eier die man selber kochen muß. Sind nicht in der Lage ein Spiegelei zu machen Der Pool voller toter Fliegen, noch nicht mal die wollen dort leben. Also Finger weg von diesem Hotel !!!!!!!!!!

Vraiment super: le haut de gamme

Le personnel est aimable et aux petits soins pour le clients. Le repas pomme rouge est digne de l'Etoile michelin . Les équipements piscine et spa sont d'une remarquables de propreté, le parc est simple ce que j'aime et parfaitement entretenu. Le cadre est magique, château pigeonnier et chapelle. Une feuille remise par la réception donne l'histoire ce château. La chambre est grande, propre . PDJ excellent avec des produit de la région. Nous avons commandé un soin du visage: mon épouse était enchantée. Un très bon souvenir de ce séjour

Wunderschönes Haus mit gemütlichen Zimmern

Sehr schönes Haus in einem großen Park mit gemütlichem Zimmer, nicht weit von Bayeux, guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, Corona-Regeln wurden beachtet, sehr teures Restaurant im Haus (dort war der Service verbesserungswürdig), Frühstück zu teuer (21 € p.P. bei sehr überschaubarem Angebot) - in Bayeux gibt es bessere Alternativen bei der Kathedrale, WLAN war sehr schlecht
